feeling lazy...

Everybody's got those days where they just want

of my enjoying the two weeks I have before I go
back to school, and the cute new sweats by
ugly duckling helped me decide to make this

 So I wanted to create a unique layout for my picture
like some of my favourite blogs, I need it too let me
be the photographer I enjoy being, but still make sure
the elements of the outfit are completely visible. I 
liked-ish the other layout in the ballet post, but- it
was pretty darn painstaking, and although it 
looked cool, it felt a little trite to me. The new
layout I settled on was inspired in part by
jadezilla's blog, and also by this book I looved
when I was younger called "middle school is worse 
than meatloaf" which was like an entire story told
though pictures of the main character's stuff.
Anyways.. hehe. I hope you like what I made
& long live Winnie the Pooh ♡

feeling artsy...



I was playing with windlights lately <3 so I decided I wanted
to make this blog post photoshop-free (update I actually
don't have ps anymore :c) so I could showcase my 
custom windlight. I really don't use the same windlights
inworld generally that I use in pictures, because I like 
the shadows that sl can make and I can use photoshop
to fix all the problems that windlights with shadows can 
create. I usually use Nam's Beach Scene when I am 
in world because it makes everything really bright and easy to see
and it gets rid of the shadows we used to have facelights to 
fix.  If you are looking for something a little more interesting 
to look at inworld then keep reading and I'll explain how
to make my windlight on firestorm <3
Making "Good Morning, Angel" Windlight

So the first thing you want to do is go to quick preferences
and set your sky preference to [TOR] FOGGY Golden glow.
From there you want to go to the world part of the toolbar on
the top of your screen and click environment editor, sky presets and 
new sky preset. It should bring up a window with a bunch of different 
preferences. The reason I had you start off with the golden glow
windlight is that you now only have to change two preferences.
What you want to do is click on ambient light, and change
the RGB values. R:162 G:147 B:129 and click okay. This will
get rid of the...as described by other half, "urine-esque" filter.
While creating a warm, sunday-morning atmosphere.The only other
preference you need to change is the one labled "HazDen" or 
haze density, as I am sure you were all able to figure out..hehe.
Set this to about 2.75. This kind-of makes everything look 
pretty and glowy. And then name it and save it. :) it will 
show up in your sky settings when you relog.

made it lol. but We're on the honor system because I
can't crawl into the computer and check.

feeling graceful...


Hi everyone <3
So I feel like I have been kind-of lacking lately in the photography department
which bugs the peanut butter out of me because that is what I wanted my blog to
be about more than anything else. Fashion is important to me 
but photography is my art and self expression. So I wanted to make extra sure that for this
blog I made a picture I felt 100% about. I also have been looking for ways to showcase 
the items I am wearing so you can see them all more in depth, but I didn't want
to straight up copy haha..die which was my inspiration. So this is 
what I came up with! I hope you like it ^-^
I used my Christmas presents that I got from my mama bear and I took the picture
in my auntie's ballet studio Tip Tap Toe (which has super fun dance classes that I go 
to on my lil FYI)
It was really fun to showcase things from two of my favourite people in sl <3

feeling merry...

  
 My first Christmas with my second life mama and I am so excited about it. We have 
been together for about six months now, and compared to other families it might not 
seem like a lot of time, but we have been through so much together it feels like we have been
family for ages. Even though now we are part of a big, wonderful family, it's always been
her and I and we have stuck together and I hope we always will. I am so greatful
to celebrate this family holiday with one of the sweetest, kindest, most beautiful
ladies in and out of sl. ♡

feeling picturesque...

So I have to say I am pretty darn excited about about amitomo/haikei 's 
new store that they opened up. and kudos to them for being the only store
that I know of to not shut down during construction. I can't really blame stores
for shutting down but right now, I can't go to two of my favourite sl stores and it 
is making me half nuts. lol. Anyway, you HAVE to go see it. the new store
takes advantage of one of my favourite things about sl which is that you can
totally build anything underwater, and very few people actually take advantage of that.
I know when I first started sl the first place I went was inside the pond of the
newcomers london sim and I was like super syked when I found mermaid stuff
and a little cave with furniture. I thought it was the coolest thing ever, and they 
pretty much got rid of it so you can imagine how excited I was
when I saw this store reopen with the design. [for a better look]. For the blog I 
decided to focus on the Amitomo clothes, because this is a fashion blog hehe. 
Her clothes are original mesh and they look AMAZING. The sculpts are all 
super realistic, folds and wrinkles where other artists wouldn't think to put them
and the textures are so flawless and detailed. I want to say that it is a
more south korean infuenced style, focusing on making the legs look 
longer and not showing as much cleavage. They are kind of rugged looking
but in a cutesy way, if that makes sense. They are most flattering on young,
petite avatars. Oh! they do have boy clothes too, I didn't spend too much time
looking at it but they look really nice, and I do know it's hard to find
stores that make quality clothes for guys. That's pretty much it. 
Thank you sooo much felicia/emerald/gucci for modeling in my
blog. You look awesome, hehe like you always do :D

feeling cozy..


Hello everyone! so I decided to take a break from being an angel. 
As it turns out it's pretty darn difficult to be constantly trying to be perfect lol.
So for now I am just focusing on being snuggly and caring to the people I love
most. It seemed fitting to be a bear, because I always call everyone bears andd 
they are super duper adorable <3 So I wanted to make a bear-y great outfit
that fit with this theme. I still can't give up white because I am a 
total weirdo. I guess I'll be a polar bear. I hope everyone likes
this and is having a good day !

feeling blissful...



I am super excited about winter coming around, it is the time of year where the 
whole world is my favourite colour, hehe. Not to mention the super warm cozy
wintertime clothes, warm hot cocoa, and ample family time. I hope everyone is staying 
warm and is excited as I am about this amazing season.
I also wanted to say that I just am super excited about the mesh lip I found.
I have been kind-of struggling to find a mesh lip I really liked, because VCO lips only match a few skins and are non-mod, but they seemed like the best designed lips out there, The one I found by Kiiko is still non-mod, but the resizer works in 3 directions, so you can make them wider, without having to make them thicker or vice versa. They have a separate tinting hud too, so you can make them match almost any skin too. They are well detailed and really realistic. To my knowledge, this is one of the designer's first few mesh lip creations, and I am crossing my fingers that this is the start of a long line of quality mesh lips. [click for a better look <3]
